With over a decade of experience in account management, project delivery, and operational leadership, Yasmin founded Lustre Support in 2022 to provide business owners with reliable, high-quality support that makes a real difference.
Her career spans digital marketing, hospitality, energy, and the charity sector, working with both B2B and B2C organisations, including internationally recognised brands.
Yasmin is driven by professionalism, trust, and care. Since founding Lustre Support, she has remained closely involved in the client experience, ensuring these values run through everything the team delivers.

Ellie specialises in internal communications, with over 10 years’ experience in corporate environments. She has supported large-scale projects reaching over 300,000 colleagues, delivering clear, engaging messaging that drives connection and change.
Known for her creativity and attention to detail, Ellie combines strategic thinking with a collaborative approach to make complex information simple and impactful.
